  1. Only one sample request per name(As per Mykad/Passport) is allowed with a total 1 sample request from one household address.
  2. Valid for Malaysian postal addresses only.
  3. Incomplete entries will not be processed.
  4. Please give us 4-6 weeks for delivery.
  5. Earth Home Products (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has the right to postpone or cancel this program without any prior notice.
